ABOUT ME

A woman with dark curly hair, wearing a nose ring and a black off-the-shoulder top with white writing, smiling in an indoor setting.

I’m a strength and nutrition coach with 15 years in the fitness industry, working with women across a wide range of training backgrounds and life stages.

My focus is on structured strength training, practical nutrition and helping clients build habits that actually hold up long term.

Everything I offer is built around consistency and realistic progress.

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I coach with structure and intention.

Strength training is the foundation of my work, supported by nutrition that fits real life rather than extremes. I place a strong emphasis on education so clients understand what they’re doing and why, rather than just following instructions without context.

This approach helps clients make informed decisions, stay consistent, and avoid the cycle of starting over every few months.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

I’ve spent 15 years coaching in different settings.

My coaching is grounded in:

  • Progressive strength training

  • Practical nutrition approaches

  • Long term body composition goals

  • Building understanding rather than dependence

These principles guide how I coach clients across different goals and life stages.

QUALIFICATIONS & ONGOING EDUCATION

My work is supported by formal training & continued study, including:

  • NZHIF Level III & IV Personal Training Certification

  • Advanced Nutrition Coaching (Levels 1, 2 & 3) Certification

  • Women’s Health & Performance Coaching

  • G.G.S Certified Menopause Informed Coach - training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

I am continuing to study female physiology/endocrinology, including hormone health, menstrual cycle dysfunction, birth control, gut health, PED’s (Testosterone & A.A.’S) and lab work interpretation.

This ongoing education informs how I coach, communicate and support clients within appropriate professional boundaries

HOW I APPROACH COACHING RELATIONSHIPS

Coaching works best when both sides are engaged.

I provide guidance, feedback and education. Clients are expected to check in, communicate honestly and apply what we discuss. Consistency matters. I can’t coach around silence or guesswork.

I’m here to support and guide, but also to help clients take ownership of their training and nutrition over time.

EDUCATION FIRST, NOT QUICK FIXES

I don’t offer detoxes, crash dieting, or unsustainable training methods.

Instead, I coach clients to develop skills they can carry forward. This includes learning how to train effectively, nutrition that supports your goals and make informed decisions rather than relying on rigid rules and quick fixes.

This approach supports both physical and mental wellbeing and helps clients move away from cycles of confusion, restriction and starting over.
