Strong Start Blueprint
Strong Start Blueprint is a progressive online coaching program delivered in structured 12 week training blocks. It’s designed for all women in the general population, including perimenopause and menopause clients, from beginner to intermediate levels.
The program includes structured strength training, nutrition guidance using calories & macros, education and accountability to support long term progress. Training can be completed at home or in the gym with clear weekly structure so you know exactly what to do and how to progress.
Coaching support is delivered through detailed monthly check ins, in app education and in app guidance through our community group, ensuring clients are supported while learning to train and fuel themselves effectively.
Strong Start is ideal for women who want consistency, clarity and education, with a focus on building strength, improving body composition (fatloss / muscle growth) and developing habits that are realistic and sustainable.
All Strong Start enrolments have a minimum commitment of six (6) months, allowing sufficient time to progress and achieve meaningful results.
Lifestyle Transformation Blueprint
Lifestyle Transformation Blueprint is a online coaching program with direct coach involvement designed for clients who want accountability, structured phases and individualised coaching. Entry is application based only.
Places become available only when a current client transitions out. Places are limited to ensure coaching quality is maintained.
The program includes structured strength training, nutrition guidance using calories and macros, education and accountability with programming adjusted across fat loss, maintenance and progression phases to support long term results. Training can be completed at home or in the gym, depending on your setup and experience level.
Coaching support is delivered through detailed weekly check ins, direct coach access and personalised feedback, including video form checks on weight training days. This ensures a higher level of guidance and ongoing support throughout all phases of training and nutrition.
Lifestyle Transformation is suited to clients who want a more hands on coaching experience, regular and consistent feedback and clear direction week to week, while still building independence and confidence over time.
All Lifestyle Transformation enrolments have a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

While I have coached men in the past, my current programs and services cater to women only.

Yes. All coaching programs have a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
This time frame allows enough consistency to build strength, improve body composition and establish sustainable habits. Shorter time frames do not support meaningful or lasting results, which is why a minimum commitment is required.
Before proceeding to payment, clients are required to review and actively acknowledge the minimum commitment by ticking the Terms & Conditions agreement box. This confirms understanding and acceptance of the minimum term prior to signing up.
After the minimum term is complete, you may cancel at any time or continue with your program. Ongoing options and next steps are discussed based on your goals and progress.

All programs operate on a subscription basis, with payments charged monthly.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and are automatically deducted from the credit or debit card used at sign up. The same card will continue to be charged each month unless you update your payment details.

Subscriptions are not eligible for holds unless otherwise approved at the sole discretion of Trained By Corrie Jane Ltd.

The recommendations below support progressive overload and mechanical tension so you can continue building strength, muscle and improving body composition without relying on bodyweight training . Adjustable Dumbbells

Adjustable dumbbells allow flexibility across upper and lower body training. A 50kg set provides enough load to begin progressive overload safely and effectively. As strength increases, heavier options may be required over time.
Adjustable Resistance Bands with Handles

Bands are useful for replicating cable style movements at home and maintaining consistent tension. Choose a set that allows resistance to be increased as strength improves. Most sets include handles and ankle straps, though additional ankle straps may be required as load increases.
