Form Video Feedback on Training Days

Clients can submit form videos during training days for review and coaching feedback.

Feedback focuses on movement quality, appropriate load challenge and progression so training stays effective and safe over time not just completed for the sake of it.

Form checks are most effective when videos are submitted consistently and on the day of your training session.

Direct Coach Chat Access

Lifestyle clients have direct access to coach chat, which comes straight to my mobile phone.

This is used for timely questions, clarification, and support around training, nutrition or decision making as things come up in real life. It allows guidance to happen when it’s actually needed, rather than waiting until issues compound or motivation drops.

Coach chat is used for questions, feedback and coaching support between check ins.

Consistency & Behaviour Support Hub

Guidance that helps training and nutrition fit into real life not ideal weeks. This covers routines, flexible weeks, non negotiables and learning how to stay consistent without needing to be perfect.

Decision Making Guides for Common Situations

Clear written guides for moments that typically cause doubt or frustration, such as weight stalling, increased hunger, rising stress, or dips in motivation.

Phase & Progress Context Hub

Simple education around fat loss phases, maintenance phases, building muscle and why pushing harder is not always the answer.

In Depth Form & Training Video Hub

Video explanations that build confidence around training quality, effective effort, fatigue versus under loading, in depth form cues and differences that actually matter.

Macro Tracking Option with Ongoing Coaching

This approach is activated only when appropriate, based on the client’s readiness, consistency, and individual needs, and is implemented under direct coaching guidance.

Rather than following a fixed meal guide, clients are supported to learn how to:

Build meals using foods they already enjoy at home

Adjust portions to better align with personalised calorie and macro targets

Understand how different food choices affect hunger, energy and training performance

Navigate eating out, social events and unstructured weeks with confidence

The goal is to help clients develop the skills to manage their own nutrition over time, while still having coaching oversight to guide decisions and adjustments.

Because of the level of involvement required on both sides, places are intentionally limited.

A space only becomes available when an existing client leaves the program.

Lifestyle coaching works best when clients are consistent with check ins and communication, allowing coaching decisions to be made accurately and effectively.
